- BTW, you could've done an advanced replacement, where they send you a
- replacement before you send in your modem (give them your charge card #,
- they don't charge it unless you don't return your modem a month after
- receipt of the new one).

- This may vary... I know with Zoom, if a tech support person is on
- vacation, they don't seem to replace him(her).... So usually you have 1-3
- days reply... but sometimes you could wait a little over a
- week..but you could always try another tech support method (another Zoom
- Email address or Web site form or BBS or voice or fax....)
